Shannon Koger has been a member of Local 764 since 1996. She has worked as a supervisor, a swing, and a full-time dresser on Broadway shows and as a set costumer on television shows. She is also an experienced stitcher, beader, ager/dyer, and craftsperson with experience in shoe painting and maintenance and millinery.
