Artists’ Guide to Unreal Engine
Now used on over 550 major motion pictures and episodic TV shows, Unreal Engine is fast becoming a ubiquitous tool for concept art, pre-vis, and In-Camera Visual FX. I believe that it is important that Art Departments gain as much understanding of the engine to maximize creative freedom as more and more early-stage development shifts into Unreal. This training will be useful for computer artists, Art Directors, and various design categories. Graham will cover everything from installing Unreal, creating geometry, importing models, building worlds, lighting, texturing, and getting your high-quality renders exported in a cinematic sequence. The Artist Guide also includes short relaxing meditations, designed to invigorate your creative practice and expand awareness of the greatness within each artist.
