New Quarterly Submission Schedule for Course Reimbursement Applications
The TTF is transitioning to a quarterly applications submission and review schedule. We are phasing this in starting in the Spring and will have two due dates for Course Reimbursement applications in 2018. We are doing this to improve our ability to support local courses. To ensure that your application is reviewed and approved without issues, make sure that your submission meets the necessary requirements:
The Course Reimbursement Application is completed and signed by an officer other than the officer listed as a trainer on the application
Applications will not be reviewed unless a description of the course content, topics covered, and instructor bio are attached
You must submit your application by the deadline listed below to allow time for review and processing
Generally, new applications will be reviewed within one to two weeks after the application due date. However, depending on the time of year and volume of submissions received, it may take longer. If your submission is missing any documents, you will be asked to resubmit your application. When an application completes the review process, an email notification with the approval amount will be sent within three to four weeks after the application due date and before the start of the new quarter.
