This course teaches students information needed to respond to and mange illnesses and injuries in adult, child, and infants in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. The ability to provide immediate life-saving care to a fellow coworker can reduce mortality and improve post-hospital recovery and reduce mortality from illness or injuries sustained on set.

• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation for adult, child and infant patients

• First aid for adult, child and infant

• Use of an automated external defibrillator (AED)
