This workshop is designed for local trainers who have participated in the original Train the Trainer: Teaching and Presentation Techniques course who are conducting skills training they design themselves. Participants will build on the skills they learned in the Train the Trainer, work on the instructional design of the courses they are developing, and receive feedback and support from the instructor and the other IATSE workers in the course. Trainers must have presented at least three courses or trainings for their local and reported these to the TTF for tracking.

Saturday, April 27 & Sunday, April 28, 2019 from 8AM-6PM

LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA

INSTRUCTOR: Esther Ramirios-Mathews, Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and Master’s Degree in Education with a specialization in Adult Learning & Curriculum Development

COST: The Training Trust Fund is paying for the cost of three nights of room and taxes at the hotel where the training is held. Breakfast and lunch will also be provided by the TTF on days that class is in session. As with other courses, the TTF cannot pay for the cost of travel, meals outside of the ones provided, other incidentals, or per diem costs.
