Advanced Carpentry

The purpose of this class is to provide an outline of the body of knowledge that an accomplished carpenter or grip should know as an A or B cardholder in IATSE Local 22. This outline is divided into two sections:

  1. “Tasks“ that the worker should be able to demonstrate in a testing (or work) situation.

  2. “Knowledge of”: be able to describe or identify objects or procedures that you will be expected to know for work.
