Quarterly Course Reimbursement Deadlines Eliminated

We are thrilled to announce that, effective immediately, the IATSE TTF is eliminating quarterly Course Reimbursement application deadlines. We have listened to your feedback and are committed to making it easier than ever for local unions to access funding. Our goal is to provide greater flexibility and convenience to all locals seeking financial support for safety and craft skills courses.

Locals can now apply for Course Reimbursement any time throughout the year, on a rolling basis. There are no deadlines or calendars anymore! We understand that safety and craft skills training opportunities arise unexpectedly, and we want to support your training initiatives.

Please note that while the application process is now open year-round, all other eligibility criteria and policies remain unchanged. Your application must still be submitted before the course takes place. To ensure your application is reviewed and approved before training takes place, it needs to be received at least one month before the class is scheduled. Please allow at least two weeks from the time you submit your application for an approval notice.

We cannot consider applications for courses that have already occurred. We encourage you to review the Course Reimbursement policies on our website to ensure a smooth application process.
