Introducing the Train the Trainer: Course Development Class
Our new Train the Trainer: Course Development class this weekend brought together 12 experienced IATSE trainers from 11 different locals for a review of key curriculum development concepts. They had lots of hands-on, practical time to develop their course outlines and lesson plans and were able to interact with trainers from different work backgrounds to provide their colleagues feedback. Trainers also learned new organizational and planning skills and how to visualize different ways to reach adult learners.
