Contributions Resources

We created this page for Local Unions to have a one-stop resource that contains contributions-related tools and information. On this page, you will find the resources you need for bargaining contributions, for talking about the Training Trust Fund with your employers, and for keeping track of the contributions made on work performed.

We will add new resources to this page as they are developed and requested. Please feel free to contact us with any questions about the resources found on this page.

TTF Contributions

The TTF has new and simpler language to bargain into your agreements. If you need help presenting the value of the TTF to your employers when asking for new or increased contributions, are curious about other ways you can help support the TTF’s efforts to increase employer contributions, or have other questions pertaining to the contributions portal, please email Liz Campos at director@iatsetrainingtrust.org.

Employer Contributions Portal

The portal was developed to support your work at your local union and help us collect contributions from employers. Every local that has agreements where contributions are made to the TTF will receive a portal account where they can look up the contributions being made by their employer.

In the short time the portal has been available, several locals have been able to find employers that have not been making their obligatory contributions. Having this information allows us to move forward and collect the funds.

The more unpaid funds owed to us on work performed that we identify and collect and the more agreements that include contributions language, the more money we’ll have to offer programs.
