Participants will learn the skills necessary to be a Facilities Technician at IATSE Local 300 contracted venues. They will learn all the skills necessary to facilitate the technical needs of a client and to direct and supervise set up and take down crews in the service of this work.

• Operation of audio and lighting consoles

• Convention center audio routing and lighting control

• Portable stage riser setup techniques

• Wi Fi and PowerPoint

• Supervision of stagehands, set up and strike

• Problem solving

• Billing
