This is an American Heart Association CPR/First Aid and AED program. This course teaches students information needed to respond to and manage illnesses and injuries in adult, child, and infants in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. This course is critical to provide immediate life saving care to crew in all crafts regardless of location, time of day, or availability of outside emergency resources.

• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation for adult, child and infant patients

• First aid for adult, child and infant.

• Use of an automated external defibrillator (AED)
