Mobile Elevating Work Platform Operator in Charlotte, NC | Local 491

This course is about the safe operation of Mobile Elevated Work Platforms on set. Participants will learn the functions of MEWPs, how to responsibly and safely operate the equipment, and how properly inspect the equipment on set according to the most current ANSI standards. This 5 to 5.5 hour course consists of a combination of formal classroom instruction (lecture, video, written material, and discussion) and practical training on the equipment with an instructor’s evaluation of individual performance.
