This course covers the theory of how portable power generators work and how to safely operate and monitor them. This course covers the parts of a generator, how they work, how to maintain, lubricate, and operate them safely, as well as how to safely make electrical connections, measure the voltage and current, and protect against the hazards of electricity by using the proper PPE and safe techniques. This course is specific to those working within the Electric Crafts.
