This course is for Local USA 829 members who need to make animated screen replacements for visual effects and on-set playback graphics for production in the entertainment industry. The class will serve as a review of the basics of After Effects, which includes the basics of the workspace, compositions, basics of animation, and layer styles. Participants will tackle several common projects including basic hacking screens, map scans, and lower thirds. The session will conclude with a review of elements of good output and housekeeping for optimum workflow with post and playback.
