This course is to teach participants to safely maintain and operate a Hemp Fly System through lecture and hands-on demonstrations: tie off, raise and lower batons; load the appropriate counter weights (i.e., sandbags); level the batons; and maintain the equipment in a safe working condition. By the end of the course the participants will be able to safely staff a fly operator call at a local hemp fly house.
