The objective of this course is for the worker to understand and demonstrate the safe working practices of a forklift and aerial work platform. It will cover the importance of inspection and safety guidelines for operation and load handling, and the importance of OSHA regulations as they relate to the machines and their operation, principles of balance, stability, and capacity.

• Understand how to properly inspect the lifts
