The goal of this course is to provide a broad overview of some of the material available in the field. It is intended to spark your interest and remind you what is at risk every time you operate equipment. To that end, this telescoping boom ConEd course is not intended to answer every question or take the place of any manufacturer’s guidelines, regulations or experience. It is your job to know the limitations of the equipment, regulations and your personal knowledge and ability.

Successful completion of this class will result in a certification that will satisfy the mandated MA OPSI requirement for a continuing education course certificate that is needed each time you renew your hoisting license (must be done every two years as of September 1, 2014).
