The New User Forklift certification course is designed to teach operators the safe operating techniques in the entertainment environment. The student, at the end of the course will be able to demonstrate the safe use of the material lifting technology including the limitations involved with size, capacity, and environment. Along with safe techniques, this course is limited in space and capped at 10 students. The limited enrollment allows the student to spend more learning time on the forklift and in the operating environment.

A focus on practical operating controls, maneuvering in limited space, and load placement is stressed to the student. Once the student successfully completes the course, the student will be “certified” as outlined and required by State and Federal Law. Along with certification the student gains the confidence, practical knowledge, and ability to successfully operate a forklift in their working environment.
