The course consists of the IVES Compliance Training Program adapted to the entertainment industry. The course covers EWP industry specific theory and evaluation, site inspection, and equipment inspections. Hands-on training involves working one on one with a trainer on the equipment in an intensive review and training session. Training includes operation of articulating work platforms (knuckle-boom), scissor lifts, and self-propelled man lifts.

Department Heads and Bests who are in charge of AWP and Forklift Operators will attend the theory portion on this training.
