Graphic Operation is designed to provide technical knowledge and solutions to students new to the operation of client presentations. We will explore content management, revisions, updating typos, replacing pictures, updating animations and transitions, and the physical set up and operation of one or multiple presentations for a demonstration session, breakout session, general session, or week-long conference.

  • Formatting of drives so they work on both Windows and Mac operating systems

  • Learn file management and revisions

  • Learn the five settings to optimize on every show computer prior to any presentation

  • Understanding and navigating the features of PowerPoint

  • Understanding and navigating the features of Keynote

  • Learn the differences between: Master Slides, Themes, and individual slides

  • Learn the differences between: Transitions and Animations

  • Learn how to update/change Transitions and Animations

  • Learn how to: add, hide, delete, and move slides

  • Learn how to make changes and correct errors

  • Learn how to create a “deck” and/or operate from multiple computers

  • Learn about Notes and multiple destinations and operations of them
