Students will learn how to prepare surfaces (seam treatment, filling holes, skim-coating, plaster, and priming) and the importance of correct preparation. There will be review of standard safety equipment and procedures used by scenic painters on a regular basis. ladder and lift safety and a general overview of toxic products will be included.
