Forklift Operator training includes review of equipment, operating instructions, differences from automobile, controls and instrumentation, visibility, equipment capacity and stability, load charts, operating limitations, surface conditions, pedestrian traffic, overhead obstructions and high voltage conductors, and operating on ramps and sloped surfaces.

Aerial Work Platform Operator training includes review of equipment, responsibilities, safe operation, inspections, function tests, and requirements of the relevant standards.
