Ontario regulation requires employers to ensure all construction workers in their employ complete a Ministry of Labour-approved Working at Heights (WAH) training program before working at heights and using a fall restricting system, fall arrest system, safety net, work belt, or safety belt. This supersedes Fall Arrest Training and is mandatory for any work done in the province of Ontario.
