We launched our customized Train the Trainer program in 2015 to help increase safety and skills training opportunities for IATSE workers. This two-day program for new and existing worker-trainers covers effective teaching techniques, learning styles, training design, and lesson planning. Worker-trainers have taken what they learned at Train the Trainer to teach 100+ courses to 1,950+ IATSE workers for a combined total of over 17,630 training hours this year alone!

Interested in attending? Once we are ready to accept applications for a training, the event will be posted on the calendar and the application will be sent out to locals. Local Union officers interested in sending worker-trainers to the Train the Trainer should contact us.
