This course teaches new MEWP operators about applicable rules and regulations regarding the safe use of a MEWP. Participants will review how to perform a site risk assessment; how to select and use an appropriate MEWP for the task; access, preparation, and maintenance of the site; MEWP maintenance; and allowing only trained and authorized personnel to operate and/or occupy the MEWP.
