The Working at Heights Course is a Province of Ontario mandate for workers that are required by law to use fall protection. This Working at Heights Refresher Course is a 4-hour course that is required by the Province of Ontario every 3 years once the initial Working at Heights certification has been completed.
This safety course is designed to reinforce and update procedures to follow in assessing risks and hazards to determine the best systems of fall protection to employ when working at heights. Participants that are required by law to use travel restraint, fall restricting, or fall arrest systems as well as safety nets, work belts, and safety belts will learn best practices to work with positioning and access systems including scaffolds, platforms, elevating platforms, boatswain’s chairs, ladders, and cranes.
