Intro to Mig Welding is designed to give participants safety, technical information, hands-on experience, and practical application of MIG welding in the entertainment industry. This course provides participants with safety information, welding tools, basic technical information, setup and preparation of materials, and hands-on experience. Participants will learn how to setup and prep pieces to be welded, squaring up materials, how to lay a proper bead, control heat to join different gauge metals, fix and fill holes, and finish work.
