Participants will learn basic and intermediate theory of electrical power distribution including DC and AC circuit theory, power calculations, three-phase power, power factor, harmonics, best practices for the safe distribution of electrical power, how to mitigate hazards by using the proper PPE, how to properly select the components of a power distribution system, and how to monitor the system during operation.
